Aastra Dialer is a Windows desktop application that facilitates dialing calls on from a PC and controlling your terminal which is connected to a Call Server (A400, A5000, or MX-ONE). An optional add-in for Lync 2013/Office 365 allows the Aastra Dialer to establish a call from a Lync contact.
